Overstory was founded in 2018 by Dutch entrepreneurs at a machine learning competition, where they explored new ways to use satellites to detect deforestation in the Amazon rainforest.
Since then, we’ve grown into a team of more than 60 passionate climate advocates all across Europe and North America. We’re harnessing cutting-edge AI and remote sensing technology to enable a resilient electrical grid that keeps communities thriving as our world changes.
